I enjoy the energy that goes into an abstract painting. When I begin I know my topic. It’s the journey that is the wild card.

A few of the questions that I ask myself:  Is there movement? Is it exciting? Meaningful subject? Strong composition? Focal Point? Visual depth? Sophisticated colour? Interesting surface? Natural believability? Middle tones? Echoing shapes? Flowing design? Lost and found? Complex shapes? Overall simplicity? Alluring counterpoint?
